Tired of fighting the frustrating little hairpin-style clip that retains the carrier latch, or losing it when you detail strip the gun for cleaning? We have sourced the correct METRIC spiral-wound spring pin to eliminate the annoying clip altogether. Unlike a standard roll pin, spiral wound pins do not have a split down one side, and are not prone to cracking or wear. This is the type used in the same application on Franchi shotguns. This also allows you to remove more of the receiver sidewall on aggressive loading port jobs, without worrying about the retaining clip falling out. Simply remove the factory pivot pin and clip, and tap the self-retaining spring pin in place!
