Our Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar is a highly versatile balsamic vinegar. It has rich, sweet layers of flavor and a smooth thickness to its consistency. It is a great alternative when a dark-aged balsamic would discolor a recipe. Our White Aged Balsamic adds amazing depth to your vinaigrettes. Add a little when making tomato-based sauces and stews; the flavor in this Balsamic will enrich them. Add a bit of this Balsamic to your marinades. It is also a great addition to finishing sauces. A drizzle of this balsamic, along with one of our fresh olive oils, intensifies the flavor of your sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. Try blending it with our Basil, Garlic, or Meyer Lemon olive oil. Fresh summer fruits, such as berries, get brighter in flavor with a splash of this balsamic. But don’t stop there. Grilled fresh peaches or pineapple sliced increase in flavor if brushed with our White Aged Balsamic during grilling.
