Horus Heresy – Legio Custodes – Sentinel Guard Sodality

$ 53.47

Sentinel Guard Sodalities are deployed to protect emissaries on hazardous ground and hold defensive positions against the most grievous onslaught. They are outfitted with energy field-reinforced ‘praesidium’ shields – a precursor to the Legiones Astartes’ storm shields – capable of resisting the heaviest weapons fire. In spite of this protective role, the physical prowess of each Custodian, and the peerless wargear with which they are outfitted, also affords the Sentinel Guard the mobility to perform far more aggressive functions in open battle, where their resilience makes them formidable linebreakers. Peerless in Defence This multipart plastic kit builds 6 Sentinel Guards, elite bodyguards for your Legio Custodes armies in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. Armed with sentinel warblades, misericordia, and praesidium shields, they are well protected without sacrificing offensive capabilities. No Traitor can withstand a dedicated assault from these superlative warriors as they wade through waves of small-arms fire before lashing out with their own bolts and blades. In Auramite Clad Each Sentinel Guard is lavished in details, including sculpted iconography and filigree, giving them the ornate appearance you’d expect from the Emperor’s bodyguards. One miniature can be built as an optional Sentinel Vexillarius, exchanging their praesidium shield for a magisterium vexilla. They can also be assembled with either their sentinel warblade or misericordia in their left hand. The kit also includes 13 interchangeable heads – 6 helmeted and 7 bare – 6 plumes that are interchangeable across the helmets, and 6 interchangeable shields, making it easy to customise your legendary warriors. Contents: – 125 plastic components – 6 Citadel 40mm Round Bases – 1 construction guide

Planting & Care – 3-in-1 Combination Peach Tree

Site Selection

  • Choose a location with excellent sunlight to ensure full sweetness and color.
  • Good airflow reduces fungal pressure, especially in humid or coastal climates.

Soil Preparation

  • Prefers well-drained loam or sandy loam; avoid clay-heavy or waterlogged soil.
  • Add compost to improve drainage and fertility.
  • Ideal soil pH: 6.0–7.0.

Planting Instructions

  1. Plant at the same depth as in the nursery pot.
  2. Water deeply and mulch with 2–3 inches of organic matter.
  3. Keep mulch a few inches away from the trunk.

Watering & Fertilizing

  • Maintain consistent moisture during the first 1–2 years.
  • Deep water 1–2 times per week in heat or drought.
  • Peaches are medium feeders—use a balanced organic fertilizer in early spring if growth appears weak.
  • Avoid overfertilization, which reduces fruit quality and increases disease risk.

Pruning & Graft Management

  • Prune more vigorously growing grafts to maintain balance across the tree.
  • Encourage an open center to improve light penetration.
  • Thin fruit clusters to improve size and prevent limb damage.

Harvest & Use

  • Frost offers classic peach flavor with strong leaf curl resistance.
  • Salish Summer (Q-1-8) produces juicy, richly flavored fruit well-suited to cooler climates.
  • Indian Free provides brilliant red flesh and outstanding complexity.
  • Muir delivers exceptionally sweet, aromatic fruit.

General Tips

  • Combination peach trees thrive when graft vigor is balanced yearly through pruning.
  • Renew mulch annually and water consistently for best fruit quality.
  • Leaf curl–resistant varieties reduce the need for sprays in many climates.
