Description This circa 1930 Persian Kerman Oriental Rug measures 9’8” X 13’8”. It is an oversized rug in mint condition. The rug has an overall floral motif consisting of a blue ground containing a red oval that covers 90% of the field. It is actually so large that it becomes the field. It has a medium sized medallion with urns of flowers at each end in pale green. The aforementioned blue field basically serves as a frame of the red medallion. The field is encompassed with a very wide border done with an ivory and red ground consisting of flower motif with cartouches all the way around the rug. The rug is completely covered in a very complex floral motif. The colors are pale green, tobacco, ivory, several shades of blue and red. All in all this is an exceeding attractive rug. It is full pile. Clean and ready to go. Mint condition! The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $275.00
